Entelos is a non-profit research institute providing advanced data management and FAIRification services, computational tools, and predictive models to promote data-driven innovation, address global challenges, and provide positive socioeconomic impact from emerging technologies. Main activities and roles in AlchemiSSts
Entelos Research Institute WP8 leader implementing key tasks aimed at establishing a robust FAIR data-sharing ecosystem. Entelos will lead the development of a scalable, secure, and interoperable FAIR Data Hub for substances and materials research. The hub will be compatible with existing standards and external platforms like PARC and NanoPharos, facilitating seamless data exchange across systems.
Entelos will develop and implement an advanced data management ecosystem based on FAIR-compliant workflows for data collection, processing, and dissemination. These workflows leverage the Federation of Scientific Knowledge Graphs (SKG) for enhanced integration and automation, incorporating AI-driven solutions for improved data handling accuracy and reduced manual errors. Entelos will produce comprehensive documentation and user guides to support consortium members and stakeholders.
Entelos has developed a skills-based training program focussed on data FAIRification. This initiative includes hands-on workshops and the establishment of a continuous learning platform, equipping consortium members with practical and theoretical knowledge to implement FAIR principles effectively in their work.
Entelos will be contributing to WPs 5 and 6 regarding the SSbD framework and implementation and support the data exploitation during the integrated human and environmental safety profiling. Finally, we will be assisting with project management, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement.
