GreenDecision S.r.l.
GreenDecision S.r.l. is a research focused SME born as spin-off of the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice which has expertise in decision analysis, environmental and human health risk assessment, decision support software and models development, environmental, social and economic sustainability assessment, more recently in the context of Safe & Sustainable by Design (SSbD) of chemicals and materials.
Main activities and roles in AlchemiSSts
GreenDecision S.r.l will contribute in WP1 on the definition, analysis and set up of SSbD criteria, indicators and dimensions for targeted alternatives and value chains, as well as to Value Chain analysis and proposition, describing the specific goals of each value chain in terms of safety, sustainability, cost and performance. In WP5 GreenDecision will collaborate to test and implement the SSbD framework. In WP7, GreenDecision will lead the SSbD driven sustainability assessment and profiling, specifically with an iterative environmental impact assessment and with the identification of headline indicators to measure progress on Green Deal environmental and Climate goals. Finally, GreenDecision will participate in WP 8 integrating the MCDA analysis methodology for SSbD decisions developed in WP1, along with the findings and results of WP6 within the DSS.
